• Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Refunds are not provided for no-shows or late arrivals, and late guests may not be able to join the tour.
• The meeting time may change. If so, you will be notified in advance by email.
• The itinerary may vary, and the experience may start at either the Roman Forum or Colosseum, but both sites will be visited.
• Tours operate rain or shine, unless the sites are closed by officials for safety reasons.
• Mandatory security checks are required at all site entrances. During peak hours and high season, security wait times may be considerable and are unrelated to the ticket line.
• Large backpacks, suitcases, weapons, sharp objects (including pocket knives), glass bottles, and other glass objects are not permitted.
• Non-folding wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs are not permitted.
